We are a small grassroots certified home bakery located in Willits, CA. We specialize in sourdough boules. Each artisan boule is beautifully handcrafted by Reza. We try new flavors often and value feedback from the community.
Our sourdough starter is from San Francisco and is 30 years old. It has been chosen to be stored in the Puratos Sourdough Library in Belgium. It’s an honor to have this starter and nourish her!
